From Lancaster through Heidelberg to Lebanon

Often are the little, unknown-places even more beautiful than the big ones, every tourist runs for.... we did make that experiance already in the summer, when we went to Bialystok, just in order to stay there over night. After our visit there we were amazed of the beauty and the charm of the city !

The reason why we that time experianced a wonderful cute city (also with churches at every corner, like in Bialystok) is not as logical as it was in the summer. We rather visited the Lebanon, because its just about 30 miles from Reading (so we thought it might be on our way back home from Lancaster) and, (acually thats the reason) because the city obtains the same name like the home country of my favorite participant of „Deutschland sucht den Superstar“ (The German „American Idol“)...... Hehe...so for everybody down there in Germany, by now DSDS is a „must have seen“ for me!

So...but ok....now the city..... ist quite very small, and as I said, obtains a lot of churches and an samaritan hospital... there was acually a kind of „near east“-feeling (or rather said, as I imagine the „near east“) in the city (the guyes looked pretty good;)).....

So, we parked the car at the central market and went for a walk..... very, very nice!!
After a while we decided to drive back home, where we went shopping in the „normal“ American shops...., drove home and started to eat. After a while we went Downtown.
Arriving home again, we started watching DSDS through the internet, which is unfortunately quite often without picture but fortunately all the time without commercials! What a nice day!
